Prophecy of Fire

Any plans on fixing this buff? Maybe taking it back to what it was supposed to be orginally? Or just removing the run speed reduction?
it looks fine to me
what part of it is broken?
PoF doesn't need fixing; it's just fine. It's also the only one of the Prophecy spells that virtually anyone could make good use of in most situations (+HP and pdef being desirable for every class).

PoWind is the Prophecy in greatest need of a "fix", IMO; it needs a ++run speed component to round it out and really help melees in PvP. The Prophecy was obviously intended to provide the most bonuses to melee attackers (+vr, +rear crit bonuses), but it doesn't really help melees position themselves before getting annihilated by ranged CoV parties.
These Prophecy's aren't listed in the skills section on this site (those only go to lvl 74 as far as I have seen). Anyone know where to find a good description of each?
The skills do go to 78 if you select the third class (eva's saint, shillien saint, etc).

However, it does not list the effects of the prophecy skills.
ah ty Arigato :) (lol 2 thank you's)

this is the description:

Prophecy of Fire Level 1 - The spirit of an ancient warrior temporarily possesses the user. Consumes 5 spirit ores.

costs 32,000,000 sp too lol

(checking siggy... yup still good)
PoF needs crit power or chance... or both ... pls.

it doesn't really help melees position themselves before getting annihilated by ranged CoV parties.

That's all you had to say.
+20% hp
+20% hp regeneration
+20% pdef
+4 accuracy
+10% patk
+20% attack speed

-10% debuff resist
-10 speed

stats of PoF, happy now?

PoF needs crit power or chance... or both ... pls.

PoF is for Tank/Gladi/Tyrant...

the SE buff is for Dager (critrate)

ah ty Arigato :) (lol 2 thank you's)

<nitpick mode=on>

That's "arigatou", not "arigato" you're thinking of ...

<nitpick mode=off>

+20% hp
+20% hp regeneration
+20% pdef
+4 accuracy
+10% patk
+20% attack speed

-10% debuff resist
-10 speed

you are 100% sure that debuff resist is + and not -?

you are 100% sure that debuff resist is + and not -?

Yes its +10% Debuff resistance.
Only PoWater and CoV is usefull for pvp, there rest is crap compared to CoV sadly :/.

And what I dont get is why there is such a long reuse on singel target prophecys while a doomcryer can buff a whole party at the same time and have the buff up before its gone..
Which makes CoV >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Prophecies

Chant of Victory - HP +20%, restores the HP added, Speed -20%, Accuracy +4, P.Def. +20%, P.Atk. +10%, Atk. Spd. +20%, Critical +20%, Critical Damage +20%, M.Def. +20%, Casting Spd. +20%, Debuff Resistance +20%

Oo *checks siggy* yup still good

Which makes CoV >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Prophecies

they require special buffs on themselves for that

a prophet with the same buffs could buff 27 people w/ it before it faded off of the first person
Still sorta lame that CoV can be chained at all when it is so vastly more powerful than the prophecies.
But they gave it to summoners, that makes it ok.
It's -10% debuff resistance..........

I never bothered joining again after the first board wipe. I've been around since CB buddy.

You must realize that these guys got the info from the same source I have access to?

Alot of people use that site and I did some test myself and found that site to be very accurate. But sure if you have some other info on the PoF effect go ahead and post it.

See...I cite sources. That's how claims work. You say something and back it up with evidence.

The sky is brown btw.

there is no page i can quote but i try to use logic to explain why it has to be - and not +

comparing PoF, PoW, PoW with CoV

the % or + values of CoV is always the same then the Profet SE EE onces only value chaning between PoF and CoV is the runspeed downside. CoV has the Double speed -- then PoF or the others. Another Value doubled is the debuff resist with also 20%, this would lead to the conclusion debuff resist has to be a downside.
