Ohh... This spell has changed its name. I recognize the symbol tho, and I believe the spellbook used to be called, "Power of Paagrio" or something close. See if you can buy one of those in the NPC shop. I bet it works.
there are several bookstores in giran, 2 shops, one in temple and maybe one at the orc guild. thats where i've had the best luck.
dang for ncsoft changing names of things all the time like we care :( some of the new skill names wont even go in a macro now, too long lol (i know i can drag from toolbar but i like to drag the actual skill to macro so in case i change toolbar it doesnt mess up :p

Hmm...now that I think of it, all my C4 macros for OL buffs still work...
So either they made the fields longer, or the old names still work...
there is a difference between pa agrio and pa agrian.
i bought this amulet you mention, but it doesnt work :/

Okay, I tried this with my Shaman. The amulet to learn the Pa'agrian Gift spell is the amulet Pa'agrio's Gift. This amulet is sold for 2160a in Giran, by Shafa. Shafa is near the westernmost North Exit of Giran, near Manakia, from whom you may train the skill.
