Cut Scene

"A “cut scene” has been added when a character enters the third floor of Pagan’s Temple where High Priest van Halter is found. Immediately after the scene ends, the combat with the raid boss starts."

I wondered if anyone else noticed this from the patch notes. All I can say is, "AWESOME!" Maybe NCsoft is experimenting with implementing cut scenes, maybe to finally merge a story with the game so there is something fun to do besides grind all the time to level.

A number of bosses have cut scenes, that chaos golem has one, valakas start and finish, antharas death, umm.. I think that's it.

How does this work? Do different people have their cut scenes end before others? Does lag screw it up?

I had a cut scene at this Evil Professor and the Raidbos from the c5 movie

Hm not sure, when the cut scene kicks in you are frozen and can't do anything, so I guess whoever is in the area for the boss gets the same all at once. Generally the cut scenes aren't anywhere you'd have a mob beating on you either.

he he he cut scenes are great. you stay far enoguh away from the mobg the butscene starts for those near it you sprint in and steal the drops :p

Antharas has a cutscene when he enters the lair, too, but you need to be VERY close to his entrance when he comes out.

I wanted to see the cutscene even if it killed me. And it did.

After you kill it the scarey cheesy guy comes out and stabs you in the back .
