The maximum number of buffs visible in the general buff window has increased to 24 from 20.
In order to increase the maximum number in the general buff window, one must have the Ancient Book – Divine Inspiration and learn the Divine Inspiration skill. There is one buff slot increase every time the skill level improves.
Where can I find these ancient books? I just need 4 of them :-P
The first can be bought from the Black Marketeer, the second drops from raid bosses. The third from Antharas, Valakas, and Frintessa and the fourth costs 450K nobless passes.
There should be one in each town. They're usually in out of the way places. In Giran for exampe he's just next to the steps going towards the south exit from the main square.
Only buy 1 book, from black merchant go to your skillmaster and learn it.
Once you learned the one then you need to kill RBs and buy the last book from a Hero..
Note that you have to learn the skill separately for main class and your subclass(es). While this is not a problem for the first book - just buy an extra one when you have a subclass, switch classes and learn the skill there, too - this is a big problem for the other books, because there is no realistic way that you will get the second and especially third and fourth book for both main class AND subclass. So you'll have to think about which class needs the buff slots more.
Oh, and yes - the cost of the fourth book is insane.
Hasn't anyone noticed that the buff bar is now already extended to 24? I thot cuz I bought the book and learned the skill on my main character that that did it.... but on an alt that I didn't do that for, there are the 24 buffs slots. Well, the top line holds 12. The learning of the skill and getting the books must increase it to more than 24.
The Black Marketeer is kind of hidden in each town, but I can tell you that in Giran it is just to the right down the stairs thru the arch where Gabrielle and the Manor guy stands.

The buff bar was modified to be able to display 24 buffs on 2 lines. You still need to learn the skill to have more than 20 buffs.
