death penalty

ok i read yesterday,,that instaed of dropping items u now get a death penalty,,,,hmmm seems good,,i hated dropping my brand new items which id just purchased for a lot of adena
anyway my question is,,,
how long do they last for,,i accedently wandered into a high lvl mob area a lot higher then my new drawf im just starting got killed now i got this penalty lvl 1,,,
its been there for almost a hour now,,,it slows down my fighting,,,not by much but its just annoying seeing it there

anyone know howe long these nasty buffs last for?????

They last forever...unless you go the the grocery store and buy a recovery scroll ;)

if you go to a black judge you can get the penalty removed apparently
