shaman weapons

hi,
i found some bow during a raid and was thinking if a shaman could use this bow? Or should he stay with his fist/blund weapons ?
Tell me wat weapon you use (if you play shaman) and what you think of it. Would learn me much !

Nope. The bow will kill your stats. It's almost as if ( if not worse ) than wearing armour out of grade.
