A > Dark Crystal Light or Majestic depending on the patk of your bow
If you're going to pvp, at even 61 everyone is going to be MUCH higher level than you anyways. Maximize your damage because your defense in B and early A grade is meaningless.
For hunting purposes, take as much patk as possible without requiring you to rest. It is all heavily gear/price dependant.
