Just start a dwarf on the account you want a dwarf on, and you are all set.

If you just want someone to sell then you can just buy an extra acount and make any character to sit in the cities with a sell shop.

Yes, I sell in town with a lvl 1 dwarf! This dwarf holds 4 items for sale, and is completely politically neutral, such as both my enemies and my friends support me by buying my unwanted items. :D
