Whats up with Psycho Symphony?

How low can the chances be????
I mean it didnt even affect a 17lvl guy.... (i am lvl 63)
It keeps saying that everyone has resisted, maybe 1/20 works....
Thats how its supposed to be? ;/

Nothing changed, the land rate is still about the same for me.

You need to understand the nature of these types of skills. Any ability that does not require a spell book is not effected by mattack, mdef, bsps or any other spell effecting buff. It is strictly based off of two things. Your INT score(chance of landing a curse) and your oponenets MEN score (chance of resisting said curse). Factor in the skill is AOE (lower land rate) you can see why your land rate is not so great.

Its not even so great... I mean come one, whats the point of having it when it lands 1/20 times and the debuff it gives isnt that imba..

Well if 40 ppl are around you and 5-6 are debuffed its pretty good % dont you think?..

I've used it in small scale PvP before. Generally not worth it unless the target is rooted, else he'll move out of range before you finish casting it. Either way, I've landed Psycho Symphony on a SpS hero before, and one of our guild members got Psychoed in another fight just the other day.
