I went manoring yesterday with my level 20 elven scout and noticed something that quickly became a major pain in the butt. Seeding has changed from a physical skill to a magic skill, just like using soul crystals did. Let me say, this SUCKS. Melee's have terrible cast speed, it takes a long time to seed now, the reuse time is at least 5 seconds, and its very easy to get interrupted. Blech! Why the nerf? The result of this is, NCSoft, its only viable to seed in catacombs. I was able to kill 3 1x mobs in the time it took the seed skill to refresh.
And I'm not all that sure if cast speed influences it at all - on the plus side, a duo of cleric/eo kills so slowly that I can seed every mob even in the field! :D
Its become really hard to do the manor solo now, and manoring in groups is fairly unproductive unless its your own.
This was a totally pointless change that messed up the manor system...I was surprised to see all the seeds available and the manor buying them all back, until I remembered why...most people don't want to both with it anymore. :(
Someone needs to teach the Koreans the saying "If its not broken, don't fix it".

No buff influences seed time now. Haste2 still speeds up spoil.

acumn speedsit up when i tried it, stills ucks though.
Hmm just a wild guess, does this mean summoners have the best Setup to manor now ??
And do mobs turn agro when seeded atm?? If not seeding passive mobs is an option to at least circumvent being interupted.
Seeding does not draw aggro. However, since there is no timer on the seed button, you don't actually KNOW if you're going to seed the mob, or hit the mob.
