I have been wondering what server seems to be the best. with the people and clans... well i am just wondering what your opinion is and why? thanks! l8)
well what makes a great server to you? they all have the same world, just different players. nothing really is different from any of them apart from the siege times for teon and franz.
in all servers no matter who or where you are you can be pk'd, griefed, zerged, ganked, spat on, pushed around, or helped.
look around on all the server boards and check the server personality ^.^ hope ya find the one best for you

Imo, Kain (cause I play there). All I can say is dont play Franz the econemy is screwy. I made a Human Fighter there just to see what it was like (I wasnt going to stay there) and Talking Island was filled with bots. You could barely find any mobs. Well thats my take.
It's really not possible to answer this in any depth.
Only a few people have played seriously on more than one server.
If I were you I would look at each server (maybe even checking the community server personality at the top of each server forum). You might also go to http://www.l2guru.com/forum and look at the server forums there.
Not everyone who plays this game posts or reads this forum as it is heavily moderated. Consequently, the above link leads you to a forum that is less moderated.
Hopefully this will give you enough information to help.
Also, please realize that this game has been out for a while and the new player area are a bit light. Franz might be the exception as this server is new (but is set for European siege, manor times like its sister server Teon).
But as the wise poster pointed out, almost noone has cross-server play experience so we cannot do valid comparisons, just give opinions here.
Oh, regarding Erica. You have to be good to thrive on Erica. Someone who is the Big Man on another server may ending up being a noone on Erica 'cause it is so much easier elsewhere.
Of course, I don't know that, it is just my opinion.
From a lowbie's point of view, I'd have to say Devianne was fun, but is not anymore - now, who knows? Maybe Bartz or Sieghardt, but I doubt any is that much cleaner than Dev, and they are most certainly not cleaner than Devianne was when I picked it.
Shucks, but oh well - that leaves roleplaying as one of the few worthwhile things left to do, and therefore Devianne, Sieg or Lionna (not in order) as the most reasonable choices I'm aware of.
IMO it's racist question.
Why do you think some ppl are better than any others? Do you have any data about servers? Any parameters which you can compare? Answer is simply: NO.
So assuming that one server is better than other is plauin racist thing, and only ppl get angry this way. Pick any server, on everyone of they you gonna find nice ppl, it's a matter of time and personality.
