What affects the p.atk/m.atk of ....

I'm trying to plan out armor sets for me and my wifey's characters, but I need to know what affects their p.atk and m.atk (hers and mine, respectively)

She has a DE archer type, and I have a DE mage type. I just assume that m.atk is affected by int (because it has been so in every mmo ive every played), but i dont know what the p.atk of a bow user would be (because it has always either been str or dex, so I dont know which one it is in L2)

Str is patk, dex is hit rate, speed and crit rate

so then what are men and wit? (and was i right that int is the m.atk modifier?)

Men= MP, mdef, debuf resistance.
Wit =cast speed, magic crit rate.
Int= matack, debuffs.

I thought dex was just evasion and shield defense rate (and crit ofc)?

I don't believe Dex affects your P. Def.

The only thing I know that affects your P. Def are: levels, armor and armor masteries. Of course, buffs and clan passives as well. But that's about it.

NOTHING AFFECTS YOUR P.DEF EXEPT YOUR ARMOR AND ARMOR MASTERYS.
