After 8 days away--I'v returned to play. Download went well (I thought).
I've restarted my computer 3 times when log-in screen simply locks up.
Already gave server access permission etc.
Just gotta vent--it happens every freakin' time. Every chronicle, every patch.
"Something" disconnects, corrupts, changes--gets lost.
I'm too old to be a computer nerd--the ****ed things confuse the heck out of me (which I'll freely admit).
My one solution was to buy a brand new computer that was the biggest, newest, most competent I could order about 11 months back---that seems to make no difference as well. (sigh)
But why with every single patch or chronicle do I spend an hour or two trying in vain to get into the game before someone 'on the boards' tells me to change some **** thing or other?
I know everyone else is ******ic over the chronicle and patch changes. Cool.
I have come to hate every 'upgrade'. I'm under-whelmed by all the changes to date and this foolishness of not being able to even play just ****** me off more each time.
For the dozen'th time since I started playing--what do I do now?
