I'm been playing up a dwarf i made scavenger as an alt as i play a bit more then my friends. Now here is a thing that been buggin me. I get spoil festival for multible mobs (should say we/I have SE allways following around so the use of train and polearm is avalible. Lets say i pull 5 mobs use spoil festival and start beating mobs down with my polearm and ba, all dead. Here is the problem i encounter, i can't target dead mobs to use my sweeper on the 4 other dead mobs that are spoiled. Help with this issue :) much appriciated.
well you can always make use of the 'next target' button and have it forced so it picks dead ones.. since a swept mob disapear almost immediately after being swept it would be possible i think, not sure how i'd go about writing the **** macro though, i dont know how to reverse 'next target' lol
but essentially you have to hold shift while you click on the next dead mob to be able to sweep it OP
Specifically; depress and hold 'shift' key, move your cursor over the mob until you get the grey balls on each side of name, left-click mouse (dead mob is targetted,) then hit the key you use to sweep normally. Repeat for the next mob.
Note, the mob will be sweepable as long as it remains blue, and for a bit of time afterwards, but eventually, if you wait too long, you will get an error message when you try to sweep.
If you can't target the dead mob because other mobs are on top of dead one, you may have time to run a short distance, drawing the mobs off the corpse, and then sweep it. This often takes too long tho.
One trick that helps is to initially target one of the mobs that dies the quickest. Even if you can't see that mob in the group, when its health bar goes to zero, hit the sweep key.
I've never been able to cycle through the dead mobs. but what i do, is ask people to target off me if im poling. or i cycle through the mobs and try and find the one with the lowest hp before they die. also, i scroll the mouse so that im looking at the top of the mobs. makes it easier to shift target dead ones. makes me mental when i don't get to sweep the blue ones. another thing i do, is if the mobs are too close together, i will move so that they spread out again right before they start dying.
but the trick of targeting dead mobs, is holding down the shift key, and then clicking on the dead mob. you will have to see the mobs name have a circle on each side, then you can click on it.
So really i should be able to make a macro using shift click next target, sweep, delay and repeat?
or if anyone know the macro used by those sweapers previously mentioned, please elaborate. :)
you can macro write shift click but the macro doesn't hold up as 90% of the time grinding or whatever there will be different type of mobs in the same area.

then make a lot of macros or pick one mob to spoil.
as i clearly pointed out in a previous thread of this nature, you CANT CURRENTLY have your cake and eat it too.
Would be nice to have an area sweep but Scavy's and BH's have been asking for that for a long time and I doubt it will happen. Shift click is the best way, a macro would be nice but I find most macros have too much delay in them. And let's face it you want as many of those spoils as possible.
