They're class specific but all pretty much the same thing:
Run around a bit talking to tablets and killing the occasional mob
Do a sub quest where you kill lots of mobs
Run around a bit talking to NPCs and tablets
Do a sub quest where you kill lots of mobs
Run around a bit talking to NPCs and tablets
Kill 700 mobs at Shrine of the Loyal
Run about talking to NPCs and tablets and kill the occasional mob
Become your 3rd class
The quests have location indicators so they're pretty easy to follow nowadays. I have done the 3rd class change for Grand Khavatari, Hierophant and Wind Rider without any kind of walkthrough so I'm sure you'll be fine.
I believe so but its not a last hit or damage % type of thing. You only have to be in party for it to work. Get in a group with some archers or nukers and it'll be done in less than an hour.
I'm not sure. All of the quests seemed similar... but there was always a few diffrences. I myself did the Soul Taker quest and it wasn't bad. Fighting farmers/ enemies for the mobs though... man did that suck.

drop rate is 100% and you dont need last hit
xp is also acceptable so you shouldnt hav eproblems getting a party
there is only 1 part of the quest that is different for all classes
at one of the tablets you have to kill a quest mob that is specific to your class (blade dancer has to use dances to beat it)
i know the tactic for spellsinger was to run away but the ws one just had to be killed normally
this is the only part of the quest that needs any sort of knowledge besides how to kill a few hundred mobs
No. For archers.... it doesn't tell you anything. You just run around the map talking to all npcs and killing every mob at every step until you complete the quest.
