I dno about your server, but on Lionna its usually pretty serious buiness ( if anyone makes a comment about "what serious RP buiseness" im going to respond in a very mean way that will probly get mea nice PM from mod 5 ). When the GM's came online...it was just a lot of fun then it had been. It didnt interupt our gameplay, and it was enjoyable.
Sure its possible to do one or the other. You could see me. (allthough im not sure where.) Or you could see the toon im playing in the game. I dunno maybe you were in albuquerque new mexico one day partying at one of those techno clubs and saw me there. Its possible :P . But yes we have met in game. Sometimes I get treated like a celebrity in game. Pm's asking if im Nos from the boards. I can imagine the pm's you get about that though. So...we off topic yet?

Keep reading. Alot were banned and never told. Some were banned because of duplicate cd keys and never told and even paid while trying to find out what was happening.

No, I read the whole thing. Yes, the duplicate CD key sucks. No excuse there.
However, the OP's statement is hearsay. The banninated cannot post here. We have no idea what the circumstances are. Is the email address in the account valid? Was it a purchased account and the new person never bothered to change the email address?
How is it that on other websites people post the emails they've gotten when they get banned?
I was just saying the lack of emails when banned (i.e. they shouldn't have to email NCSoft first, NCSoft should email them when it happens) is very poor quality assurance.
I might as well also throw out Hero problems, Raid bosses, the new Siege Field problems, Community server... etc

E-mails are sent to all accounts that are closed. If the e-mail on an account is incorrect or not up to date the customer may not recieve their mail. If a customer writes to support about a closed account they will be told again why an account was closed (after account verification.)
My favorite is the password reset during the pre-c5 launch. A simple email with password reset link that other unmentionable games offer would of saved thousands of headaches. Or at least made the password hint not case sensitive.

You are complaining about bugs in a game by linking to a thread about people being banned that said they do not get e-mails. I guess I will apologize for my confusion.
Well the QA department does the best they can when testing an everchanging 6 gigs of code. I will not say these issues do not happen. Honestly, your list needs to be about 9000 items longer if you what to have a list of player found bugs that made it to the live client.
If you want to play a bug free game then you will have to find an hand held tiger game. Yatzee FTW.
If there was no QA department then all the bugs you left off of your list would not be fixed now.
PS if you are having massive client crashes I would contact tech support. A few are bugs, a mass is a problem.

So which one of your GMs did I run into the other day? I was running along then SMACK, I hit something invisible and fall flat on my face. Whoever she was she had a great bod and was afk because I was squeezing here and there for about 5 minutes. All of a sudden I hear a squeel and firebolts come roaring out of the sky. My pet kookabura became extra crispy, I became bald, and what I was holding onto vanished with a loud POOF.

This doesnt look like conversation of not being notified... Which was the reason for my replies of saying you have to press them to get the exact reason besides the you have been banned notification.
I don't know if Mistryl is fond of the idea of being raffled off like a piece of meat, so I propose that Mistryl buy a raffle ticket (sold by me, sorry only one ticket available) to win a date with me (I have no objections to being treated like a piece of meat).
