Hey everyone,
I'll be in L.A. for New Years Eve, from December 27 to January 6, so, i dont know if any of you is from this area (Mistryl ? :o), but i'd be glad to meet the ones that are !
Let me know, and maybe we could spend some time together, it'll be fun !
(oh yeah, and i'm also looking for a club to play with my rock band -they may be coming with me if we find a place to play- during this period, on Sunset Bvd if possible, so if anyone knows how to book a nice club there, maybe the Viper Room or something, let me know ! :p)
I won't be in L.A. but I will be on the other side of the state, up near the Oregon border.
I'm in Texas, but thanks for the invite. :)
Oh, well, maybe i could switch from L.A. to Texas then :o
Hmmm well, no, if i do come with my band, i guess a bunch of tatooed rock'n roll dudes would better fit in L.A. anyway :p
(oh wait, maybe once i'm there i could just take a plane, and fly to Austin just for one day, just to say hi to the NC crew ! would that be possible or am i totally out of my mind ? ;))
Austin Texas has a monster music scene, dude.
im in puertorico:( u can come here tho itllbe fun XD

Well, i wouldnt know as i'm from Europe (Paris actually, the City Of Lovers, hi Mistryl :o), but i do come to the US about once or twice a year, i just love it there ! I usually go to California (i went all the way from San Francisco to San Diego, and Los Angeles is really the place i love), but yeah, maybe this summer i could make it to Texas for a change :p
LA is a complete [removed].

just my opinion though.

San Diego is the city to be :)!!
OMG are you kidding ???
L.A. has everything i can ever dream of : the beach, the sun, the girls roller-skating in swimsuit ("i wish they all could be Californian giiiiiiiiiirls"), West Hollywood where you can "rock'n roll all night and party every day", the hype clubs in Beverly Hills where you can meet Mischa Barton (yup it has happened to me, being a French dude has its advantages :p), Disneyland, etc, etc, all in this one and same city !
San Diego is also very nice, i went surfing down there, but L.A. rules !!!!
my sister lives in LA and aftet visiting her and staying there for 2 weeks, i can tell you the place is a [removed again :p].

Nice for a few days..but...

Then again this is all my opinion.
Well, my opinion is really different :p
I stayed there for 3 weeks last time, and never got bored, not once !
This time i'm only there for one week, but.... hey what did you say ? your sister lives there ? does she have some friends ? i mean, like, girlfriends ? :o (i wouldnt even think of anything with your sister of course, "never touch a friend's family", even if it's only a "virtual friend" ;))
personally ive always enjoyed concerts at the Key Club (http://www.keyclub.com/index.php). i dont know about how booking works or anything, but it might be worth checking out. :) and la isn't that bad, you just have to know where not to go! :p
The Key Club, yes, i saw W.A.S.P. there once, it was great !!!
I'll check it out, thanx !

Yeah man. Where the music scene is going in the US is kinda strange. Use to be the west coast was the place to be. Texas has some good stuff now. Here in New Mexico we have a good scene to. Also the east coast I hear is doing pretty good. I will be attending Oscillation tomorrow. Thats New Mexico's electronic music festival. Its all changing man. ;)
He he ok...
So, no one is from the L.A. area here ?
just us chickens. besides, most of us are too busy running from the gunfire ^^
Nope.

I'm up near Oregon, up past the Bay Area. So, if you're on this side of the state, say hi.

You mean you do live in L.A. ? :p

Well, i'll only be here for a week this time, so that'd be a little short...
But i should come back to California this summer, i have to show San Francisco to some friends, so this time i'll be much closer to you
Yep, only 6 hours by car instead of 18.

I've made both drives. Neither are fun.
