Wind Rider 78 Skills

hi people, I've juste reached the 78th (yay), but the skills Focus Death seems to be useless instead of Focus Chance...
Did the description's good on the skill library or Focus Death is really useless??
Tell me guys what they really do plz >_<

Focus Death - Critical -30%, Blow land rate +60%, Critical Damage from front -30%, Critical Damage from back +90%
Focus Powe - Critical Damage from front -30%, Critical Damage from side +30%, Critical Damage from back +60%

I dont play a dagger... but in pvp, critical doesnt play that much of a role when you have the MP to use blows. +60% land rate and +90% critical damage from behind sounds pretty sweet to me.
