I have now seen posts by people on at least three servers that there are no heroes, and I know you posted a response yesterday morning that you guys are aware of the problem. I also know that of all the forum moderators they have had here over the years, you seem the most responsive (thanks!). Thus, I make this request: can we get regular (i.e., at least daily) updates re approximately when you guys think you might be able to fix the problem? This is a good p.r. move so we don't have to keep whining. I am loathe to even sign up and compete this month in the fear that if I do something will screw up my winning last month, and I know others may be doing the same. Thus, any info from HQ is much appreciated. Thank you!
As soon as I have any additional information to share, I will! The Hero problem seems to be affecting all servers. I don't have an estimated time of when the issue will be fixed, unfortunately, but the team is working to address it as quickly as possible.
Well we don't see the ranks from last month, so that means it resseted, hopefully you guys had backup somewhere to put it manually in the worst case or I guess just wait till next month for new heroes. So is it safe for us nobles to sign up and try fight during this month? because I don't want to hear half way tru the month that somehow it resseted again and lose all the fights/points gained so far.
