Black Judge??

Where is the Black Judge? I looked in The Library, and it says the Repent your sins quest can be found in Floran and that the npc is the Judge, but i can't find him. Maybe I'm completely oblivious, but i searched Floran up and down.

Thx for your help.

i cant remember where the one in floran is exactly, but if you go to hardins private academy and run straight out from the entrance, theres a black judge a little ways out on the right hand side, standing atop a rock.

There's one by the southern entrance to the Wastelands as well.

He's not IN floran, but near it.

IIRC you need to walk E from Floran a bit to find him, he's between Floran and Giran Harbor.

But yeah, he's also at the other places mentioned.

Oh ok, thx guys :D

And just to make it easier, the judge is in front of a windmill on the Floran side of the river....
