I am a lvl 56 Dark Avenger, whilst checking to learn skills, I am supposed to be able to learn "Divine Inspiration". However, I need an ancient book called "Divine Inspiration" Is this the same as a spell book? I can't find a reference to it in the lineage lbrary Where can I find this book?

You can get it from black marketer of mammon. In any town cost 400k. For the next lvl of the skill (at 61) you will need another book. I think that one drops of some RB's.
