Greetings.

I just bought the game a couple of days ago. It came with all 5 expansion packs but no manual. Is there an online manual?

the in-game tips are the best manual.

what type of info are you looking for? how to do specific things in game? info on each class? item rolodex?

Look over at the left-hand side. Check out the "New Player Guide" first then click "Library". I recommend "Races, Classes & Skills". There is tons of great info there.
