I have this old toon that is perma-red and leads an empty clan. In order to delete the toon, the clan must be first dissolved. There use to be a disolve clan button but now it seems a NPC must be spoken with(?). Well since they closed the hole in the wall at Gludin, I can't seem to get to a blacksmith (presuming thats the NPC i need to speak with). My understading of doing leadership change is that I would still have to talk to an NPC with my perma-red. Any ideas? Or will I have to /gm this one..?

Since you said you wanted to delete the toon, you shouldnt have any problems killing yourself a few times to get the karma off (with the help of a friend or guard).
Well I only racked that karma doing what NC suggested. Handle the boaters myself. So if you wanna look down on me like I was out greifing lowbies or something... Anyway i'll just kill the guards with another toon and be done with it.

Whoa there. Where did I pass any kind of judgment about your actions? Where did I say you had done anything wrong? You asked for a solution and I gave it to you, without judgment.

I think what SirElrohir was stating was not a judgement at all. He was simply saying that gm's just don't get involved in stuff like this.
So just allow the guards to waste you a bit, turn white and dissolve the clan.
I have not been a clan leader, so I don't know what specificially to tell you, but...
NCsoft views chaotic as a valid playstyle. Therefore, if you need to talk to an NPC to either dissolve a clan or to transfer leadership of a clan, there should be an NPC somewhere that will talk to you and do these things.
The NPCs in Floran will talk to reds. I would suggest talking to everyone of them to see if any offer the service you need.
I'm not sure if the Black Judges will talk to you while red or not. That would be the next place I would try tho.
I suppose - but that's then not saying much about what a 'playstyle' is, especially in the context of implying that being a valid playstyle implies being able to perform actions like dissolving a clan - which is, to the best of my knowledge, not possible when red (unless there's a clan NPC in Floran).
There is still a way in gludin...if your not lazy. Out the south side climb the hill like your goin to the other hole that was in the wall. Get on the rocks stickin out of the mountain, go down the rocks to the wall inside town. Hug the wall while runnin to the house, then hug the houses wall and whalaa. Found it out after i figured Silent Step doesnt work on guards anymore either :P
Yes, it's no use trying to get into town - giving the clan to a white player so that he can dissolve the clan will not work, because to do that you ALSO need to talk to a NPC. Both dissolve clan and transfer leadership are NPC options, and the NPC will not talk to you.
