New to the game and server

I'm new to the game, about five days, just hit 20 made a rogue. I was going to head down the Hawkeye path but I don't know if that is me. Thinking about restart into more of a support class that can handle myself in pvp, if such a thing exist.
I'm not looking for any hand out, just looking for a clan that can give me advice and is really into PvP! I really want to PvP, tired of the water down pvp in WOW.

oh and is there any class like the bard in doac, mainly any class that has a speed buff, walking is so slow in this game

Any buffer has WindWalk2 what makes you run faster.

Pvping only starts at 70-75+ so don't count on it the next few months. Live buffers and healers are always wanted cause we are quite rare.

healers and buffers get windwalk buff which they can give to other players or themself (elder, shillen elder, bishop, prophet, and OL gets alliance windwalk later on)

also, all elven figher classes get a windwalk self buff, sprint (Plainswalker, Silver Ranger, Swordsinger, Temple Knight)

I was told that Swordsinger and Blade Dancer are similar to what a bard is in other games, however this is my first MMO so i cannot confirm that.

Perhaps you should take a look at swordsinger. It is a very sought after class and I think is quite fun to play. If you like being strong and killing lots of people, this is probably not the best class for you, HE would be quite good. We are decent fighters but still weak in comparison to real damage-dealers, however our songs is more than enough to make everyone love us 8D

I have played both Blade Dancers as well as my Sword Singer, and if I could choose again I would have gone Blade Dancer. They are much more powerful on their own and their dances are more of a necessity than songs. If you like being fast, then sws is quite nice 8D each have their ups and their downs, but both are still good classes.

It sounds to me like one of these classes might be to your liking.

Swords High and welcome aboard!

Ok so I made a human healer, but I'm worried I won't find any groups when I make my first job change. Maybe I'm in the wrong places but my rogue never saw anyone LFG. Normally around Gludin Village and Town.

I also made a LE fighter, wow do they attack fast and move fast. I like it, but I am afraid since I'm so low I won't find a clan or group to play with and I don't know how well the SWS does solo. But I do like that move speed!

But I also started another human fighter, I got him a polearm and doing that training mob thing, I saw another guy doing it and had to try it. Its fun, was thinking about maybe a warlord or even a gladiator. Anyone have any info on those two?

welcome to sieghardt! well...i have just subbed a warlord (did it lastnight, and didn't have a chance to play it yet) but i had a lvl 35 warrior, and i love doing trains. and i was talking to a warlord lastnight for some tips, and he said "if you want to PvP don't choose warlord, but if you are looking to have fun, it's the best class. It's funny when i'm training 20+ mobs and beat them down! :)"

so, like he said, if you want PvP and you want human warrior, go glad, if you just wanna have fun killing lots of stuff at once, go warlord

glads are pretty gimp until they get really high level...like 78

If you like to kill people a Treasure hunter or Hawkeye/Phantom Ranger is the way to go

guy in my clan is 74 now (glad) has been killing lvl 78s for a while now, go go hp

Even at LvL 78, Glads are pretty gimp unless they're fully buffed and have decent gear. Fully Buffed LvL 78 Glads are a [censored] to fight, then again any fully buffed glad that's 70+ is a [censored] to fight since their [censored] goes through p.def like daggers back in the days.
