Light Elf skill "Charm"

lol, im lvl 28 now and got this skill maxed thanks to the lizard 42k SP quest... but erm... its supposed to lessen the chance of a monster to attack me?..... so ive tried it many times on monsters my level and even green to me.. and it has no effect... i really dont understand what this skill is for... is it just me? :|

its never been used for anything really. i have NEVER found a use for it.

To explain what the skill do, it removes most of the hate, it won't remove all, mobs won't stop being aggro on you, the only usefully thing with this skill is to pull the hate to someone else, and the use for it is ??? NON.

o i think i understand... so in a group... (taken from wow point of view) lol.... you can use charm before you nuke to reduce your agro and lessen the chance it switches to attack you :)

I seem to remember charm removing the target at a very low chance in PvP.

I guess charm would be usefull in raids to get aggro back onto the tank... but when have i gotten aggro? never. So yep, useless.

Should be like peace or forget, imo.

ohhhhh, we used in once in prelude to stop this RGI who was spoiling and then KSing on our fettered souls.... We attacked once or twice and then once she started we charmed it... LOL she ran and it must have chased her halfway to Oren.
