It is now November 9, and still no word on heroes. For those of us who worked for years to get there, this is really frustrating. Is there any way you can tell us anything at all, such as: (a) "We anticipate it will be fixed in the next few days and we will post soon"; (b) "We still don't know what happened and have no idea when it can be fixed" or (c) "You are hosed, and November is a lost cause. We have our fingers crossed that it might work again in December, so good luck and Merry Christmas." Thanks!
I don't have any additional information other than the team is continuing to work on the issue. If I have anything new to add, I will let everyone know!

pretend you're playing C3 for 1 month..jeez
Just remeber that some of the people who got hero spent many hours late at night waiting for the games to start and many nights competing. I wouldn't mind 1 month w/ no heros but it takes work to accomplish it then for it to just go poof.
In addition some people this is their first and most likly last month to have hero it seems unfair to them.

If it's their last month being hero because they were using pre-patch exploits I don't exactly feel sorry for them.
More like a swelling of my heart and a victory in my hand!
'A horde of pink bunnies stormed the office and delayed the problem fix by a few days.'
There's nothing very fun about looking for and trying to fix a bug.
There's a lot that could be said, actually.
Working on fixing a bug that caused the removal of heros doesnt really address the problems that happened as a result of that bug. There are many people who didnt even get to claim their gatepasses or rep points for their clan. Not to mention that Hero status is something that people worked for and have been deprived of their reward from it for almost half a month now. If you worked your tail off to get a new weapon or something and a bug in the server made it delete your new weapon that you spent a lot of time working for and you asked for a status on getting it back and were told that they are working on the bug that caused its deletion, would you be satisfied with just that response? I dont really care so much about not having my hero status right now, but we have no idea what is going on about it. If its going to take them the whole month to fix it and they will reinstate this months heroes for next month it would atleast be nice to know so I dont run to the hero monument every day just to be let down by the message "You are not qualified to be a Hero," when I know I am.
I know it sucks not being a hero right now but think about the happy times you had as a hero.
The happy 8 hours?oO
You know what Stop complaining. There are alot of people that have been playing just as long as you that dont have that 8 hours of hero to fall back on. Dont reply with oh they didnt do this or that.. because that is not the point.. just take it as there is a problem and leave it alone you had 8 hours and i am sure you will get your month. So just stop.
If they had made a decision on how they will handle it, they would have posted it - that's how it always go. Since they apparently have not, all she can say over and over again is, indeed, 'no new information'.
Just remember server transfers when you ask for information early - two years later people still can not accept that they might have said something too hastily. Considering that backlash, it's fairly obvious that they keep quiet until everything is pretty much settled, is it not?
