I'm just curious if anyone else has been having an issue where they go to port from one city to another and end up in Hiene, even though that was not the town they chose?
The first time it happened, I figured I hit the wrong town or I lagged. Then it happened again...ok lag maybe? then it happened again. The real kicker was when I went to port out of Hiene (I was trying to port from Giran to Aden) and I ended up right back in Hiene. Ok, it wasn't an option so I couldn't have clicked the wrong town. Amusing enough the GM told me that's I had chosen to do that (I'm guessing he/she wasnt understanding what I was saying, no biggy). I thought ok this is my pc.
Then I was partied with someone when they said "just a sec, GK sent me to Heine." Now I know I'm not the only one. While this isnt any major issue, I was curious if anyone else was getting this?
i think GKs are one strike. tyring to encourage the market in heine, or maybe they want another payraise. random teleportation devices, the ultimate money sink.
lol thats weird, ive never had that happen ~.~ but sometimes if you click one option then click another accidentally without closing confirm dialogue it wont change the text but if you click it it will send you to the 2nd one you clicked, unless they fixed that. Inever really have to port to aden cause both my chars have a CH ~.~
A few times when porting to Dion I've ended up outside of town against one of the towns outer walls. I was told it was because I was running in windowed mode.

That happens to me CONSTANTLY; especially using multiple clients. I had someone PM me once asking "Why is your SE trying to run through a wall?" after porting her to Giran. My screen was still black... :confused:

Happens either when you click the teleport while still moving, or you change windows while you're blackscreened.
Sometimes switching to a second client registers a mouse click on the first client.
I've not had Heine but I do get Giran Harbour sometimes. I port somewhere and that's where I end up. Glad (not in a bad way) someone else has this issue, thought it was just me picking the wrong place when I was sure I hadn't.
What a fun concept! Random GK choices for where they want to send people!
Please can NC introduce this into the game, yes it's frustrating but sure would be funny. GK's randomly port and it might only happen to you once in a month - then again it might be your lucky day and happen everytime for a full day :p
