I've just started playing (still in the village) but I've been manoring from the very beginning. The problem comes when I have to choose a reward. Like what's better stem or braided hemp, or animal skin or crafted leather etc. Generally, I have a question what materials are sought on the market. Manoring which materials will be profitable for me?
Depends on what server you play on what mats are in demand. Best advise is go to the town where the people of the server set up their private stores and search out the base mats you can get as a reward. You will see street market for them and give you a chance to sell anything if you need, get gear, and find soem nice person to help you out with a better understanding of the manor on your server. (personally i seed for Crafted leather, varnish, bone, and Thons.)
Fully agree with Serenity, the basic matts prices depends on what server you play but always Animal Bones, Crafted Leather, Varnish, Stone of Purity, Ori Ore and Iron are in every server in high demand.
Also if you dont play a Dwarf (specially a spoiler after 20lvl) the best you can do to support financial your main character is to create an alter dwarf (making him scavenger after he reaches 20lvl) so you can simulate spoil / seed mobs.
A last tip is to seed x2 hp mobs or go to catacombs/necropolis (after 20lvl) and seed there. In x2 x4 hp mobs the reward is 1 to 2+.
After that, I've honestly not looked very far. Keep going on red coda until about level 30 in the necropolis of sacrifice, then swap either straight to chilly cobol or stick with desert coda/chilly coda a bit.
Remember that you can now pick up freight from anywhere - it's well worthwhile to make an alt dwarf, level it to level 3 and make it run the SoE-to-Giran quest so you can get stuff there and sell of your manor returns.
There is a quest in the dorf townt hat gives you a soe to giran if you wanna go to giran and cheak out the prices. I play on lionna aswell. I have to agree with Vent on the scavy thing though. That is exactly how i seed .. I seed and spoil so i get massive amounts of mats to sell. But arti's are good to. Stick with Crafter leather, bone, Skins, Ori ore, iron ore and varnish and you will be set as far as selling mats go on lionna.
Thanks a lot. For now, in my lvl range is only Dark Coda and Blue Coda. I have a lot of Braided Hemp from this and don't know if this would be useful in the future for an artisan or warsmith.
In human village there is that quest too, so I think I will check on this. My dwarf just got spoil/sweep lvl 1, so I tried to do this a bit, but it rarely succeed (1 success for 10 mobs in reality). Maybe I'm out of luck?
Do Red Coda. It is in your level range and you can use it. If there's none available at your time, I can buy some for you (i'm buying a batch anyway since I'll be levelling an alt in Schuttgart).
But if you are a scanager the seeded target can not get spoiled and the other way around.... FIX plx NCSOFT :() why are we dwarfs if we get nerfed with some chhc hf like this.

If you're fast, it's also still possible to harvest after an accidental sweep - but fast you gotta be, since the corpse dissolves almost instantly after sweeping. :D

Ah, the seeds are in Dwarven Village. :) I've just bought and will seed them, thanks.
I've got another question about materials. I saw many dwarfs are private crafting materials. Some do it even for a 20a per material. I wondered if it's profitable.

Low-level mobs have lower spoil success rates. The best mob near your current level is the Goblin Brigand Leader, level 14 and aggro. He spoils both varnish and iron, each at almost a 23% chance. If your dwarf is still level 10, he may be too high though.
However, you SHOULD be spoiling the Utuku Orc Archer now. He is level 8, and spoils the recipe for Coarse Bone Powder. Get several, as they will sell in Giran or Dion for 50k to 100k.
Also, spoil the Garum Werewolf, level 9, for the steel recipe. Get several of those too!
And, if there is anyway for you to get to Talking Island with your dwarf, spoil the Goblin Scout, level 8, for the braided hemp recipe. That one sells well too.
Don't know if people said this or not, since not much time to read lol but remember to sell your materials in Giran and check ALL prices first before selling to get best profits.
One more question wiyth manor. I've got Chilly Coda fruits. i wanted to sell it. But nobody wants to buy it back. Yet, the seeds are sold. I tried to sell them right after the manor was set up but with no luck. :(
How can I make sure the seeds will be bought? I can't always stay up to 3 a.m. to check it.

Maybe a stupid suggestion, but have you tried other towns? In case they dont want it, you will have to wait.
Any fruit that gives A Bone or CBP is mostly farmer dominated.
BTW
both are very valuable.. Chilly Coda even more then Chilly Cobol.. especially since C5..
I wouldnt get rid of them if I were u.. be patient and wait for a manor to get the crops back from u, you will eventually find one.
I had to sit on 4K crops of chilly cobol that I wanted payed in Steel for about 2 weeks before the manor changed from Animal bone to steel..
