1st Job Quest?

I'm on my first job quest, lvl 20. I can't seem to find anything :( I'm noob to this game, and was told that lvl 20 is when the fun starts, well the fun can't start if they don't tell you where anything is at. I have yet to find Pincer spiders :/

I'm a lvl 20 elf mystic. Help please? heh
