- Characters that level down more than 10 levels will now have the level of the skill decreased if those skills are learned at a higher level than one's own level.
Is this rule still valid or has it changed meanwhile? So let's say I delevel from 52 to 42, will I still have the Level 52 skills available to me as long as I do not delevel to 41 or lower?
