ive been looking all over the frigging place for a good spot to level...the best place that i can find is hunting the farcans and talik orc suppliers just outside of the aden castle, but that spot sucks because the deprives are everywhere and are argo. Ive also tried the cemetary (which is too hard to solo) and also EV (also waaay to hard to solo). Mind that my armor is still a theca set and my weapon is an unecnhanted dark screamer :(
Try to get into a few good groups or duos - taking an SE, WC or PP with a melee weapon and possibly a BD to a catacomb would be pretty sweet - and if you get to know them better, you can start to manor in group with them, too, to help amend your financial situation.
Frozen Labyrinth is a good spot as long as you don't use any skills when attacking. Soon as you use a skill on most of the mobs there they become several additional mobs. Theca and an unenchanted DS still? Saving up for A grade or are you unclanned? A decent clan would at least help you with your armor situation. B grade daggers are hard to come by though. Harder than getting an A grade dagger even.
hitting 60 is gonna be easy, ive only been playing for like 2 months or so....the 61-70 is the part thats gonna suck especially if im still rocking the theca :)
You should have joined a clan before you hit level 20. This game is all about being part of a clan truly. I can't imagine being able to get B or A grade without help from my clan. At the prices for stuff currently and the low Patk of an unenchanted DS you will have real trouble soloing much further for xp. You could still solo mind you but your xp is going to slow to an agonizing pace.
well thankfully your labyrinth spot kicks ***...but yea, it is still hard to level. what armor sets does your TH have? i need one thats cheap. the cheapest ive seen a doom or BW light set is 19mil. I saw only one guy selling a zubei light set for friggin 11 mil, and i sold a bunch of crap and pmed him like a few hours later and it was gone. Ill wear a zubei set till 70 if i can find one for 11 mil again, but i doubt that will happen.
Zubei is an ok set, especially if your going to mostly be grinding and not doing PvP. If your on Erica I could help you out with a doom set as my WS can craft the full set and I am pretty sure my clan has enough mats to craft it all. We don't have all the recipes lieing around however but it would be a start. Not saying I could give you all that for free but I am sure my clan would sell the stuff at a reasonable price.
Doom is probably the best set you can get for a TH in B grade.
****it, i wish i had never picked the kain server cause it sucks and like nobody uses it. i guess i gotta weigh my pros and cons and figure out if i wanna reroll and make a new character on erica or some other bigger server. i went though hell earning enough money for my stuff, so ditching it and starting fresh would suck.
Yes backstab will bypass CP if your extremely lucky. However mobs don't have CP to worry about.
The catacombs is always a good spot to level, if you can find a small room with 4 mobs and have one of the baby pets you can level quite effectively solo. Plant your baby pet in the hall and have it set to stay in one spot. Pull mobs one at a time from the room with lure. The XP will roll in quite nicely.
