skirmish with the orcs question

Hi everyone
I'm trying to get this quest done and I really can't find Kaboo orc leader Uoph. It says he's supposed to be over the hills near elven fortress. I looked on on various web sites and they seem to give the wrong /loc (21000 41000??)...
Can anyone please help?

When I did that quest I used those directions:

Kaboo Chief Uoph. Near /loc 21000,41000. southwest exit to crossing, then north and east.

Although I had to search the area the directions are not exact. ;)

I did the guide for that but the orcs they give you are random and I didn't screenie his loc. I have to go back and find them all...

From the Elven Forest port point, run almost directly north, as if heading toward the Mother Tree. You will see a white ruined dome, he is around there somewhere.
