Hi all, I just made a new PlayNC account and want to put Lineage 2 on it, I was planning on buying an online serial code, but before I do I wanted to know if the code includes game time, or if I have to buy it seperately.

I don't trust buying physical copies after the "duplicate CD key" issues I had with pretty much every hard copy I ever bought of L2. Let's just say it took me six tries at Best Buy to get a CD key not in use for my first account, which was later suspended when someone else used the same CD key, so I had to fax my info to them to reactivate.
When I was getting a second account I bought a box off Amazon and it, too, had a duplicate CD key. NCSoft refused to replace it (I even attached digital camera photos of the box and all contents with CD key visible), telling me to return it to Amazon for a refund instead. After that I bought a CD key online, at least with those I've never had a problem. The extra money is worth not having the hassle of fighting NCSoft over the CD keys.
Whatever CD key misprints happened, they probably only happened on the original packaging so the newer releases should not be affected I hope. I still don't trust them, too many bad experiences with buying the boxes.
