I'm curious if SAeffects like Bodily blessing, magic hold, magic paralyze and so on work with overlord buffs and seals as far as having a chance to take effect on those within the range of those abilities.
For example if I had a bodily blessing SA on my weapon, and use my alliance wide buffs, would those being buffed get the chance bless the body cast on them? The wording on the SA "target" suggests that it would take effect on single target spells like nukes, heals, single buffs ect so I thought I'd check here.
Either way I'm going to be going with an acumen weapon as my primary, but I thought something like this might be a fun secondary to use at times. Lemme know :)
