betray is a summoner only skill, ES, PS and Warlock.
as for buffs, you'll have to be more specific. every class gets buffs of some sort, if only self buffs in some cases.
(go to the left: The Library, then Races,Classes, and Skills.)

well i know fighters get windwalk and haste
what do nukers archers and mages get?

Archers are fighters.
Nukers get windwalk level 2 (as opposed to the fighters' windwalk 1), and that's it I think.
I'm not 100% on this at all, it's off the top of my head. ^^:

u can use self buffs,weapons with buffs (like SoES with BtB). As archer i get WW1 and haste2 automaticaly when fight starts.

as for the self buffs every single class can use a buff stick for them
