not everyone is as rich as you. unless you want to donate some adena to him....

Crafting them is worth more than the whole item (300 fish gem * 20k ++ some more stuff when the cat ears can often be found for 2.5~3mil due to being questable).

The quest is the poor man's choice, buying is the second alternative.

Spare your breath for one of the many times that kay says things that aren't actually nice and helpful.

It's easy but uses 1,000 thread, 500 suede and 500 soul ore (I think).
