Hey guys i am new here and 2 Lineage2..
Ive got 2 accounts that i got after reading that u need one buffer and one dmg dealer 2 lvl fastest..
Now my question is Which Buffer class should i make..
Ive been looking 2 play a Spellhowler/Necromancer
mostly looking for a PvP class and ive got no idea how these classes perf in PvP i hope u can help me out.
Now if u can tell me which class and buffer i should go for would be very nice off u guys..
1- u get Recharge, wich gives you MP.
2- u get Empower, Wich Gives you More Magic Attack.
3- At high lvls, u get Wild Magic wich is super sweet for nukers.
4- Melee classes will love ur SE..
i might have left some stuff out, but im tired and gotta go to sleep.
Welcome to Lineage 2!
and i say down with the buffboxes
Whots wrong with people's attitudes that every other nub feels like it must two-box all the time. And a warcryer stuck solo 80% of the time.
I'm 69 now, so i got all the mele buffs SE got at my level and more. The two BD's in my clan got boxed SE's, another guy got box WC, yet two more got PPs. Shure, they do take live support when there are large clan parties, but somewhy those happen more and more rarely lately.. All the other time they happily "solo" with a good set of buffs. And when i LFG the all ether "afk" or "leaving in a few minutes" or "going through giran looking for deals".
Down with the buffbots and dogs.!

I was only referring to the SE tables :)
Personally I'm getting a bit frustrated by buff-bots too, thanks to my clan, I can still play and enjoy my live SE.
That's a problem with your clannies, not with buffboxes.
I play an EE and a PP. I prefer to take them both with (because I like actively playing them both), but if there were another WC or PP wanting to get into the group, I'd gladly drop the PP (she's the 'slave' between the two, loosely speaking - most assume, from watching them both played together, that it's the EE that's the slave).
Once again, I don't think a box can replace a truly attentive healer or other support class - make yourself valueable and you shan't be replaced.

What else should I do for that? I got GS+10 focus and _+str tatoos, which im using (often with soul cry), I buff, I help heal (in parties, when the healer has astrain on mp), I crowdcontrol, I carry s FDS+acu, for when there is need in allot of fast cast speed for crowdcontroll and stuff. In plans there is also a convention wearpon, so I can give buffs to a party and then half of them to another party, or to have full mp after initial buff. Got that +wit tatoo, becouse "every buffer have to have a +wit tatoo", althought i dont see much usefull imporvement from it.
People with whom im partying are those who got no buffslaves, and are also almost 10 lvls lower. Shure, i party with them, any party is better then no party, right? Even the one where you get less exp then solo. It's jsut sometimes i want something fun and fast, like duo with a BD, for example..
<--- bad mood, close to histeria now, so above stuff is partly jsut from annoyance..
You know, I would love to party BD's to, but do I find em all the time? No, this problem applies to all, even peoples who dual box LOL, The reason why so many dual box is mainly the reason that it's SO **** HARD to find party members most of the time.
As you described it, you don't want to party with some members because of bad XP. And only want the absolute best chars. the same goes for many others, including me, I have a hard time finding a party as most don't want a BH, yes thats for real. conclusion, make your own with your own chars.
I join any party I can but usually there ain't that many going, and then it's perfect to be able to set one up yourself. Usually invite one or two to it as well dependent to where I go.
I guess ill give it a time trial, they were beter earlier, and thats not a question you can decide on fastle, and especialy not one you should decide, when you spending a second day on an edge of a histerical fit due to some RL reason...
a WC that cant find a group? every **** melee group wants a WC at 66+
and they are even better in small groups, cuz they can deal some good damage as well (my clan-leader is WC with +7 dragon slayer :)
Most mage classes seem to get the most benefit from an SE buffer. An SH can go without a recharger though usually since they have the 'body to mind' spell. Necro's have BTM as well but I rarely see them use it.
buffers in our ally doesent complain about groups, they always get them...
If your clan rather have boxed buffers then live buffers, maybe its time to leave and join a better clan?
I both have SE and PP buff-bots, but I almost never take them when I group with anyone, only when I have to solo.
sometimes, when I know I only have 1 or 2 hours of play, I dont even start looking for a group, sure if clan has a group or 2 going, I can join fast, but if not, it will take me a long time to find a group and go hunt. I hate that with random groups. takes so long to find people.
ahh and btw, why does it take so long? cuz they always lack buffers and healers....only DDs are easy to find...
Why everyone lack buffers and healers. Cuz noone play so easily replacable/2boxable class. Cuz ncsoft failed in designing buffsystem. Cuz we are the weakest, unsoloable...blah blah, etc etc...dont let me start my whines -.-
I've told this story so many times... but after hearing a bishop prefering to shout for a group for three hours and turning me down for a duo 'just while you're waiting' repeatedly, after being turned down by elven elders and prophets, who are all supposedly so wanting for parties, I have given up on hoping for a party with life buffers.
The whole problem is a chicken or eggs problem - but for me, the snobbish buff classes came first.
I two-box two healer/support classes, and it's great fun to play them both, or only one at a time (although of course they both become instantly boring-as-all once an SE enters the picture, until a strain situation happens). I love being able to bring both decent heals and buffs to a group, but just as for many other boxers, that does not mean I will ever turn down a second live buffer.
I do have to say though - I love getting into small (3-4, sometimes 5 man parties counting me as 2) groups and actually getting to DO things, as opposed to buffing up and sitting down. That is something I could never accept, even if it meant better exp somehow.
Fastest leveling = Spellhowler and Shillen Elder
Pwnage in PVP (at least atm) = Necromancer and Shillen Elder
Basically if you are going mage (nuker) type class you will want a shillen elder for a buffer. Necromancers pretty much own anything in pvp atm, but spellhowlers are very good! A spellhowler might be cheaper to level though, and most likely faster from lvl 1-40 also and maybe even faster afterwards.
But if you basically want to be the best mage pvp atm, then necro is the most overpowered.
Where has the fun in the game gone, when a person feels they need to play multiple accounts at the same time?
I don't watch the television or read a book in the background - I just chat and play, especially when I'm with a group. There is not enough to click to keep me occupied with only one client now that Mielle is on ice due to my server move. :p
Yep, there just isn't enough live buffers to go around. Also leveling up a buffer to sufficient levels like lvl 70 or so you don't have to group with them anymore, so you get awesome experience, little down time, and it is actually sane compared to a party exping speed (normally) especially when you just wanna go for an hour or two without wasting 45 minutes waiting for your party.
Not gonna lie, the only time when live buffers are better is when they are awesome in RL and make good company, PvP, or pulling large trains with a Warlord or Destroyer, even a dwarf....
