Seal Stones conversion rate

Sorry folks,

was looking all over the place, and all the infos are copy and past from the official L2 page.

Once the competition period ends and the seal validation start, we can give our seals to the priests to get ancient adena (if the faction we were fighting for wins). So far so good.

Small question: what is the conversion rate? And it is always the same?:
Blue >> 3aa?
Green >> 5aa?
Red >> 10aa?

Are those above correct?

It is written on the sealstones description.
And yes, blue = 3aa, green = 5aa, red = 10aa

On this same topic. Do you get an AA bonus if you turn your stones during the competition period or will it be the same amount as if you traded them with the priest after the competition?

you wont get more AA, but you DO help your side to win.
tbh I think it SHOULD be a bonus, like 10%..well, it would have been nice at least
