Tattoos for a TH and a PR

I am trying to help my little bro setup his TH and PR but being that I am a tank I have no idea how his stats will get affected.
Any experienced player of a TH and PR care to give me a hand?
thanks in advance

pve - +5 str - 5 con +4 dex -4 con

pvp - +4 con - 4 str +4 dex -4 str ( TH )

pr ( pvp ) - + 4 dex - 4 str......you can also do another +4 con - 4 str but your p.atk will be pretty gimp then. Or you can just go glass cannon build for pvp as well and use the pve setup for pvp.

I had +5 STR +4 DEX -9 CON on my PR, with Majestic light set.
You'll have awesome p.att but quite low HP, so you'd better pay attention while hunting. I was doing very good in PvE and PvP with that setup, at level 65.

PvP, Majestic light
PvE, Dark Crystal light
