You mean you cannot move because you are paralyzed, or you are silenced with blue glowing thingy above your head? Para should wear in few minutes, silence lasts like an hour. Run to some town, move to arena and ask somebody to kill you.
Do what he said. When you run into the arena just type "Boss Silence! Please kill", pretty much everyone there will hit you and you'll die very fast losing no XP. They know what happened, they know what you need and they know that you probably need to get back to that raid as fast as possible. Always use the arena at the Race Track. There are always people there, the other arenas can quite often be empty.
