The only clear cut way for this issue to be addressed. IS IF the owner of said site, contacts NC my means of SUPPORT.

I don't really understand why people use the forums as the only way to get questions answered.

I have had nothing but good experiences with support, at least in that they do answer your questions, even if it take a bit or is not what you want to hear.
