Please forgive him, as he is an apprentice Troll, and sometime feels he must say what is best kept as a reference.

Once a french teacher asked us to write an essay on what we enjoyed. So I coded her a program that randomly wrote "I love computers" in french on the screen.

I got my paper back : D. You wrote it in english, it hardly meant anything and your punctuation was awfull, the teacher said. Give me a computer and I'll show you my punctuation is perfect.

Computers were pretty rare back then so we went to the principal's office (wich had the only computer in the school) and I typed in my essay, then had it run.

She changed my grade to A.

And to the lady, I understand your choice not to show a picture. However, the fact that you get overlooked is a direct result of your choice.

If you make these kinds of claims but aren't ready to back them up, people just overlook you. It's not because you are a lady. Boys that make outrageous claims they cannot back up also get overlooked.

The pictures are important to establish identity or heck I could be a lady of lineage with my female chars, generally it should be the woman behind the character thats important.

I don't care about the pictures themselves, I too find the interviews as the interesting part, but they are important for the identity.

A funny thing happened to me today that is related to having a new lady in a group...

I was on the emergency circuit, and I see this HOT blonde (mid 30's, 5'9'', about 145 pounds, nice curves). Hmmmmmm, so I turn to the collegue next to me (another hot blond, but she is married to a Brasilian dude) and ask her : Hey, who is this new girl ?

We chatted a bit, then I was removed from my position by a relay, so I picked up my stuff at my position, and shifted positions to go sit next to the new girl...

Murielle (a wise and older woman) laughed and said to me... Changing sides on me eh ? Something more interesting on my right side huh ?

Oh yes, I'd be lying if I said no, I replied. As I sat at my new position, Diane glanced at me and I gave her a quick wink.

Just before she left, I gave a small piece of paper with my name and e-mail addy... As she opened it she said : OH great ! I was just going to ask what your name was...
