Lol still very new to this...how do you get them? Can you trade for them or only mob monsters lvl 40 or above, and about how much are they (if you can trade for them.)

You can trade for them, they are dropped only by raidbosses, and then in small quantities. They are not a viable option for buying gear, really. :x

So its not suggested even for that C-grade weaponry (about crapped my self when i saw it) that the adventure guy sells? To buy or kill the bosses for?

It might be worth it on some B Grade, but I honestly doubt it. The life crystals are difficult to get.
