Some guard in Gludio. ^^v

I think the quest giver is in the Gludio temple.

From a little "Academy: Quests you HAVE to do" post I made on my alliance's forum:

* Lizardmen's Conspiracy (level 25+, repeatable quest)

NPC: Guard Praga, western town gate of Gludio
Reward: 42000 SP

Description: Kill some spiders and lizardmen just north-west of Gludio. All of them are 1/2 HP. After you gathered all the required quest items, return for your reward. Repeat a few times, and you won't have any problems with your skill points even way into the C-Grade.

Of course it doesn't, it's just a level 25 quest after all. Still, those extra 100k to 300k SPs you can gain from it do help a little. No worries about SPs in D- and (most of) C-Grade.

there's a quest in Vos which gives you choice between 2 rewards : XP/SP and Adenas : A Dark Twilight (http://lineage2.stratics.com/content/library/quests/index.php?id=15145)
