Here in the United States, today is a day where visit with friends and relatives, eat too much turkey, watch football, and give thanks. (And a day off from work doesn't hurt either!)
While this is an American holiday, one thing we *all* can share and reflect in (no matter where we are from) is being thankful for the great friends, family, and people we know that make our lives all that better for having them in it.
I'm thankful for my family, my L2 Vault Staff(as small as you are. . you are worth more than your weight in gold), LC (for being a great friend), and all my friends (ingame and out). Most importantly, I'm thankful that everyday I wake up I have the opportunity to tackle another day full of work, love, laughter and fun.
Everyone, have a great Thanksgiving. . no matter where you live.
Thank you (see, i'm thanking someone too today :D)
As a matter of fact, i live in France, but right now i'm on my way to the Hard Rock Café to celebrate Thanksgiving too !!!
So, yes : happy Thanksgiving to everyone !
Where does thanksgiving come from?
Sorry for this question, I live in another country where many of our holidays you all do not know either, and I do not remember what was taught on english lesson manymanymany years ago ... never paid attention to that much either.
And thank you Seridove. :) I would like to thank you back for being a great friend. And I'd like to thank the hardworking staff of Stratics for all the great effort they've done for the site and the community. And I would like to thank the L2 Community for using us :)
I'm actually thankful for my family, my friends, my clan (they all know how important they are to me), and the Lineage Radio (http://www.lineageradio.com) staff, especially the ones that took the broadcasting today so that I could have the day off to spend with my loved ones.
