Since the Flaming Dragon and SoM have exact same stats, and SA (well, at least it has Accumen), I suppose the only reason the dragon is 50m + more than SoM is due to the rarity of key mats for it.
Question is, how long do you guys predict that the Dragon Skull and SoM prices will be the same?
The FD is a blunt type of weapon. So the WC'er and OL's out there would love to have a blunt with acum. so they can use there stun skill. With an SoM they can't use there stun skill.

totally agree,+you can find more mobs with blunt weapon weakness
The big issue here is that Flaming Dragon Skull's pieces can be droped from really high lvl mobs in the impirial toomb.On my server Flaming Dragon Skull has twice the price of SoM.
Why did they have put an a grade drop on such difficult place and mobs?
Som parts drops at high places too, the only reason is thats its a new weapon. Just look at other new c5 weapons like Wizard's Tear. Give it some months and the prices will go down.
