STAR BUSTER rec 100% where!?!?!?!

As the Title implies, does anyone know where/how i can get a recipe for Star Buster 100%? i've checked [censored] and l2pmfun, and neither have it listed as a drop, yet the heads drop so there has to be a recipe. SO
I was hoping someone here knew how i could get this recipe! HELP! btw it's top 2H blunt

AG? Then stop looking for 100% recipes, but start looking for 60% recipes...

I really dont understand why people still dont get it that there are no 100% AG recipes in game...

Yes it is B grade 2H blunt equal to AOBA, But the recipe doesn't seem to exist, Which is why i posed the question in the first place :p

there was a quest in the new areas that rweard random 60% B grade recipies...forgot the name but you kill golems, that might be a start :P GL to ya, i believe it was 500 quest items :P

It only gives low b recs though.

Is the weapon quest only then?

I have a bug report in about this. AFAIK, there is problem with some of the new C5 recipes. Star Buster 60% and 100% recipes don't seem to drop, nor does the 100% recipe for the Ice Storm Hammer. I think something is screwy, and I'm waiting an answer from one of the higher ups, probably on Monday.

lvl57/58 w/ 8x hp, resist spear weapon, heavy armor and often greater resist sleep and hold :p

Wow, 8x HP. And I assume the boss is 60-ish?
