I recently finished a quest for a kookaburra however i wanted a wolf  how am i able to get one? Can i trade the kookaburra off or have multiple pets? Or can i sell the kookaburra?
Also, is it possible to do the pet quests over and over?
Yep. Kookaburra is one time pet quest, so if you sell it, the only way to get another one is to buy one, or use another character to do the quest again.
The wolf quest can be done by anyone lvl 15 and over and is repeatable. The only real cost in the wolf quest is time and port fees if you port everywhere. Its pretty easy, but gets annoying if you get a question wrong, cause then you'll have to go from town to town again.
If you really dont want a kookaburra, just finish the quest and sell the flute for what it cost you to get it. Think of it as a "refund".

Thanks! :D
Unlike the baby pets (Tiger, Buffalo, Kookaburra) the Wolf pet quest doesn't cost you anything. (Other than possibly porting costs.) Although it does take a fair amount of running around, killing (L15 mobs) and a quiz that if failed makes you start over again. The hatchling quest does require a few basic materials however.
You start the quest in Gludin Village with the pet manager there, although be warned, when I last did it pre-C5 he sent you to kill mobs in *your races* starter areas. (So Orcs would have to go back to elmore for this part!)
You can have as many pets as you would like, but you can only have one 'active' at a time.
The wolf and hatchling quests are repeatable, but the Baby pets are one-time quests. Clan halls do however sell the pet tickets which allow you to get another if you have access to one. (They only cost roughly the same amount as the weapon does for the one time quest. ~550K)
I finally got the wolf...now i got lagged off and i assume i died...does the off-time count for the 20 minutes? Or is it 20 Minutes game time? :(
Currently only -in game- time counts. I strongly suggest logging back in and resurrecting the pet as soon as possible.
If the pet did not die, it should have returned to the collar when you log back in.
If the pet has died and you are in an unsafe area or do not have a scroll to rez, escape to town immediately to buy/rez.
The wolf and baby pets have low pdef/mdef and WILL die easily. (The baby pets pdef is extremely low in fact.) The Hatchlings have more, with the Wind having the most pdef/mdef.
No matter which pet you have always carry at least 1-2 rez or Blessed Pet Rez scrolls. (These are seperate from the player Blessed rez scrolls and cost significantly less. ~6k AA from a priest, although some mobs drop these.)
You have to buy specail Rez scrolls for pets? I have 5 regular ones...
No, Regular rez scrolls will work fine although the pet will lose a % of XP. (Often much harder for a pet to gain than yourself.)
Pets gain aggro and die incredibly easily ever since Chronicle 3, so as a booby prize they added Blessed Pet Ressurrection scrolls. Like normal Brez scrolls, using one recovers all XP that would otherwise be lost by dying. However, the Brez Pet scrolls are MUCH cheaper and are only usable on pets. (Since you will invariable need/use many more of them.)
