I got one of these as reward for the "Method To Raise The Dead" quest. What is it good for, other than selling to the grocery store? (This was not a normal quest reward, for anybody who reads this and has not done the quest. Most of the time you get these "Bills of Iason Heine".)

I don't believe that there is anything else you can do with those except sell them to a store. At least they are worth 10K, so its not a complete loss, even though I find the Isan Heine bills more useful.
I've never gotten the diamond from that quest yet, but given the history of that quest and the rewards that it used to share heavily with the "Hunt of the Black Lion" I'm inclined to believe that it's possible. (I got 2 of those recently from that quest.)
That isn't to say they might add (or have added!) a way to sell/turn in the diamond for more. (Like the complete tablets/statues) It's just that there is no current indication that this is so. (And running to all the NPC's in game to check would definately be a PITA.)
