Temple Knight, sword or blunt?

I have embarked the journey into becoming a temple knight after sadly getting scammed out of my weapon on my main character and basically having to start all over. Right know i am almost all in D grade, Mith set, RIP gauntlets, and boots of power. And i have elven jewelry on all but 2 spots witch are still NG (neck, ear).

I have been so lucky to obtain 2 Soul Crystal stage 7 on this pumpkin event and i am now looking forward to hitting 40 in a week or so and trying to get a nice weapon for myself. The question is though, what would be best?
My weapons of choice and what i feel i could afford is:
Sword of Delusion
War Axe

Both beeing nice weapons, and both having health as an SA. The reason i am asking this is because i was thinking (since i will solo most of my 40-49) that a sword with focus would be best for pure solo grinding (with a prophet buffer), but a blunt with health would be very nice for when i tank (less misses, so easier to hold aggro). Or is it that simple that since i have no stuns or any abilities that require a blunt that i should always go for sword to have a higher damage?

Sword for sure, and since you have a prophet thats a bigger reason to use a sword.

If any class has sword/blunt masteries, get a sword. And if you have to right color soul crystal, put Focus on your Sword of Delusion. If you don't have the right color, trade in your Sword of Delusion at Mammon to get Focus for your color.

It's nice to hear about a TK in the game.

I went SLS (samurai long sword) for my TK.

Isn't a dagger w/Focus better for TK (to both keep aggro and kill stuff)? May cost more shots, though.

tk doesnt get dagger masteries

Their sword/blint masteries aren't good either: +31.6 PAtk (after buffs) at 52, just slightly more than Shield 1. Does it really matter?

Some Gladiators do better damage with a dagger then with duals...

Best for Temple Knights is: stop playing one and go for SK ++++

You don't get dagger skills.. any TK I've ever seen at high levels uses focus or health sword weapon.

Second yes the sword/blunt masterys maybe aren't that great, but its all i got. There is no good reason for me picking up a dagger unless i always walk around buffed to my teeth (and that is not always the case, even if i have a prophet i can dualbox with).

The only problem right now is getting enough money for the weapon until 40, 200k atm, 6 EAD, 3 EAC, 2 Soul Crystal Stage 7, 4 GSAP, 4GMHP, 8SAP, 4MHP, so hopefully selling all that will give me around 2-3M and i can gather the other 2-3M needed from lvl 29-40 when hunting in Cruma Swamp.
